Furthermore, we work with insurance companies. So, if your job is fully or partially covered by an insurance claim, we will work directly with you and your insurance company to handle the payment for your service.

It depends – We need to physically inspect your roof to determine whether a roof repair or roof replacement is recommended. We pride ourselves on being fair and honest and will never recommend more or less work than is required. Our professional roofer’s recommendations are included in your free roofing estimate!

We need to inspect your roof to determine whether it is vented properly – Having proper ventilation is crucial to the quality, performance, and lifespan of your roof. Please request your free inspection and we will stop by your property as soon as possible to determine whether your roof is properly vented. If we find that your roof is not ventilating efficiently, we will include the installation of proper ventilation in your estimate.

Potentially – If you notice damage to your shingles after a storm, it could mean your roof has suffered storm damage. Request your free inspection so we can physically assess your roof to determine whether it has incurred storm damage.

Oftentimes, storm damage is covered by your insurance company. If this is the case, we will work directly with both you and your insurance company to handle the payment for the necessary repairs.

Yes – We do many jobs working with insurance companies. We can help advise on common topics that come up during a roof storm damage claim. Roof insurance claims can get complicated. We’ll work with you every step of the way so the process is smooth and results in a quality roof you can depend on!

Conversely, we also work directly with home and business owners when insurance companies will not be involved.

1 day – Most roof repairs are completed in 1 day. Some larger projects could take longer.

1-3 days – The average time it takes us to replace a roof is 2 days. However, depending on the size and scope of a project, we may complete a replacement in as little as 1 day. Larger roofs may take up to 3 days.

Our crews are comprised of expert technicians who put an emphasis on quality and efficiency. We work long days to ensure your roof is never exposed to the elements without proper protection during a replacement. We take our time with the details to guarantee every aspect of a replacement is done in accordance with both industry standards and our personal standard for high quality workmanship.

No – Unless your project requires special order projects, payment is due in full when your roofing project is complete to your satisfaction!

If special order products are required for your project, the upfront costs for those will be specified in your proposal. We don’t want there to be any surprises when it comes to your wallet!

Yes – Damaged roof decking is one of those things that is not necessarily evident until we tear the existing shingles off, but we never replace shingles over damaged wood. We are going to do the job right the first time!

The added cost, should wood decking need to be replaced, is specified in your estimate, so there are no surprise costs!

Either – Both types of roof valleys are acceptable. It really comes down to your aesthetic preference. We can answer any questions you have about these two types of valleys so you can make the decision on which you would prefer for your roof.

Yes – When we do a roof tear-off we replace all existing flashings (with the exception of base flashings, unless they also need to be replaced).
